What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, has a verified defect, or is different from the item you ordered, email service@thedecortherapy.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, clear photos or video showing the item and issue, photos of the outer and inner packaging, and a photo of the shipping label. Keep the item and all packaging until we confirm the next steps. Do not send it back without our written instructions.
